Ate a chicken Parmesan sandwich around 9pm. Vomiting and diarrhea began around 230am and lasted for 6 hours. Also had a fever.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements

I went to breakfast at 10 am got a number one to go (chicken biscuit and hash browns) before I got 10 minutes down the road I started feeling nauseous. I had no appetite all day and by that night I had diarrhea and was throwing up. I am on day 3 of diarrhea, nausea and no appetite.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements

I had a Chick-Fil-a Sandwich and lemonade at 7:00 pm. Had a hair appointment at 7:15pm at Paul Mitchell Salon which is located in the same shopping area. I became ill during my appointment and was violently sick all night long. This happened on Tuesday evening January 26, 2015.  | Symptômes: Vomissements
