I ate a 1/2 ham/other meats sandwich on rye with gouda cheese April 2, 2021 in the early afternoon. I drank bottled water with it. By the evening my stomach started acting up. By Saturday morning I had full on Diarrhea with cramps. It lasted a couple of days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps
