Chicken Tenders Cause Illness - Chili's, Nashville Tennessee

Not sure I ate Chicken tenders mashed potatoe and broccoli. I was the only one that got sick..after about 3 hours of eating I felt real sick to my stomach. I vomit 4 times and had very watery diarrhea. I feel very feverish freezing one minute and the next burning up..body aches.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Body Ache
