Went to 3 pepper around 7 or 8 last night, woke up at 3 in the morning throwing up violently. I’ve been throwing up every couple hours all day today , can’t even keep water down so I won’t eat. I’ve been having the worst stomach pain , feels like I’m being stabbed up on the inside. Diarrhea, nausea. This was the only thing I ate yesterday besides a pb&j sandwich. I will never return to this establishment & this has been very traumatic for me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
