My husband and I are frequent customers to CAVA, but since the New Year, we have been sick every time we ate there. Mostly recently we ate two bowls on Jan 15th, 2026; both had different ingredients ranging from spinach, rice, lentils, tomato, onion, pickles, olives, and various sauces. Within a few hours we had severe gas, nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. Between these repeat illnesses, wrong ingredients, missing items, or receiving half a bowl of food if ordered online, we are just very disappointed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas
