Report date: Jul 7, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed clean-up of vomiting and diarrhea procedure on site but clean-up kit on premises during inspection observed to be blood borne pathogen clean up kit with out proper sanitizing solution and no mop for vomit clean up. Instructed to have said procedure along with required equipment for clean-up. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued. 7-38-005
37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: observed several large food containers with dry products. (flour ) with out proper common food name markings. All bulk and working food ingredient containers must be labeled with contents name. Must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: noted some use of milk crates for elevation at the kitchen area, dishwashing area and dry storage area. Instructed not to use milk crates for elevation to prevent hiding places for pest. Must provide appropriate shelving for storage. All food items must also be stored 6" away from the wall

- comments: observed dirty and rusty shelving inside walk in cooler. Must clean or replace and maintain
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previously cited core violations from 7/31/2019 report #2303968 observed not to be corrected as follows: violation # 47 must repair and or replace gasket on doors to walk in coolers located outside of facility. Violation #51 backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine and cappuccino/espresso machine. Must install so backflow prevention devices or air gap between the water supply inlet and the unit so it may be located to be serviced and maintained. Violation # 51 must install hose back flow prevention device on hose used in basement for floor washing. Violation # 55 must provide easy cleanable ceiling cover between outside coolers and entrance to building.
