Got a hot dog and a taquitos 2 nights ago and ended up throwing it all up multiple times through the night. All day yesterday my stomach was still queasy from the night before and hardly ate anything cuz my appetite is completely gone and I feared throwing up anything I’d try to eat. and now, day 3 I’m still queasy, having the worst diarrhea ever and my stomach is in constant pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
