Got two slices of pepperoni pizza at 7:50 pm on 3/25/26. Ive been throwing up and having diarrhea since 11pm. Awoke at 5:30 am and I shit the bed. I have a fever and feel awful. My heads spinning, definitely food poisoning | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
