Hotdog Illness: Severe Symptoms - 7-Eleven, National City California

Bought two hotdogs around 745pm to take to work . Ate one around 9pm and by 11pm I was feeling cramping . I thought it was period pains, but shortly after started having watery diarrhea. Had not eaten anything all day because I was out and about running errands and doing Christmas shopping before work. So I know for a fact it was the hot dog. I didn't eat the second hot dog, and 4 days later I'm still in pain and with diarrhea and have had to miss work. Had severe chills and fever as well | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
