Tamales: Headache, Fever, Diarrhea - 7-Eleven, Fort Myers Florida

Yesterday 01/19/24 I ate green chicken chili tamales that I bought from 7-11. I cooked them according to instructions and ate them around 1030am. After 4-5 hours I started getting a headache, was gassy, and eventually turned into a fever of over 102. I took a bunch of pepto and tums and eventually my fever broke another 4-5 hours later. I have diarrhea currently as well from this. They weren't expired (I checked) but unfortunately I do not have pics of the date or lot code and the trash has already been picked up. They were being stored in an open fridge type thing so my first thought is that maybe they weren't being stored cold enough? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Gas
