Im pretty sure all theyre hot dogs are pre cooked out of the packaged and they just heat em up.. I may be wrong tho... I never had a problem with their hot dogs ... I eat em all the time... I just know now to point to and ask for the ones that haven't been sitting there a long time and have gotten hard or over cooked by the heat lamps... talk to the manager... they're great people ... next time don't eat anything undercooked! Refuse it if you notice it beforehand or let em know so if/when under or over cooked...
