Food Safety Report: 7-Eleven North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD, United States.

Fruit tasted funky and the freezer was not cold, was open face freezer/cooler. Anytime I've had to buy groceries there out of convenience I seem to notice something that has usually been prepared in store and/or requiremes refrigeration seems to taste a little different than other times I've had it somewhere else. I've been sick with food poisoning three times in the last 6 months since moving in the area and think it could definitely be related to sanitary conditions and/or improper food storage. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
