On March 24th around 2pm I went into the 7-11 location where I purchased a Spicy Bite Hotdog. I took the hotdog home where I ate it and the next morning when I woke up I was violently ill. I have had Diarrhea throughout the day, Vomited twice as I can not keep any food down. Nausea and feeling very hot and cold at the same time. The Diarrhea and vomiting have been so bad that I have been unable to make it to the bathroom completely for each of the incidents. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
