Started about 8 pm last night, it's now 8 am and still happening, Taquitos from there Ate taquitos at around 7 am. 8 pm sudden onset of diarrhea. Puking started about 11 pm. All watery and violent. Muscle aches, extreme kidney pain, fever of 100°. All other food minus taquitos were shared with household and no one else got sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain
