I ate a piece of pepperoni pizza from 7-Eleven. I begin to feel sick about a half an hour later. I had eaten nothing else prior to the slice of pizza from 7-Eleven. I have been sick ever since with stomach cramps, nausea, headache, and so on. I have been sick for more than a week and my doctors office has urged me to go to urgent care emergency center. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
