All I ate the entire day was food from the 99 cent store. Frozen dinner deal had two chicken tenders and sweet potatoe fries and I also cooked eggs from their refrigerator section(breakfast). Frozen box of Breaded cauliflower(lunch). Frozen box of Thai chicken w quinoa(dinner). I really think it was the dinner because 5 hours later I awoke knowing I was dying. I sat straight up, threw the covers back and ran to the bathroom. My heart was pounding, I was shaking and hot and sweaty and about to pass out(saw stars). I then had a very watery BM and threw up chunks of dinner at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
