Twenty minutes after eating rare tuna, I came down with nausea, headache, weakness, an urgent bowel movement, blurred vision, chest rash, low blood pressure, and was red in my face. An ER doctor diagnosed this as Scombroid poisoning. The restaurant is not necessarily at fault; it could have been the fish supplier. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness, Other, Headache, Blurry vision, Skin Rash
