Cattleman’s Ranch black angus patties, I was the only one who had the beef pattie. It was a brand new unopened package. I’m certain it was what made me sick because it was the only thing I ate, no bun, no condiments or side dishes. I got terribly sick 3 hours after eating it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
