Last night around 8 pm I started feeling queasy in my stomach. My food comsumption during the day began at 7 am with a fruit blend yogurt I had purchased. Then at 9 I had a Honey Crisp Apple which I had also purchased from there. Even though I rinsed the apple under cold water, there was still an after taste. At 11 am I had a premade Sante Fe Chicken Salad which also was purchased from there. At around 7:30 pm I was sitting by an outside fire. I had 2 beers and didn't finish the second one. It was at this time I decided to cut my night short and went inside around 8:30 pm. The queasiness in my stomach slowly progress to get worse. By 11 pm I was in my bathroom vomiting violently. At 1:30 am I was back in the bathroom for another vomiting session. I was also experiencing cramping in my legs. I did not sleep more than 90 minutes at a time for the rest of the night. This morning my stomach and back are sore, and I am in a weakened condition. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Soreness
