Ate their Mac Salad around 12pm and then hot dog bun and fries for dinner. Felt stuffy after the fries and laid down. Felt nauseous throughout the night then a smell triggered me at 5am and projectile vomited in my bathroom sink and wet myself at the same time. Felt nauseous and lack of appetite for the next 4 days, including fatigue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
