Mackerel Meal Misery - Aldi, England

Had the pepper corned mackerel fillets & toast for dinner, had woke up 2 hours into sleep and vomited it all up. The Mac herbal fillets has been opened, but were well within their sell-by date. Everything I ate / drank for the next 24 hours came straight back out via vommit. When I didn’t eat / drink anything I would heave every 2 hours or so and spit out the black peppercorns from the Mackeral. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
