Had a frozen chicken tikka meal for lunch. Heated it in the microwave for 10 mins as instructed. Ive had crippling stomach cramps and terrible diarrhoea this afternoon. Only had a bagel this morning and pasta salad yesterday evening for dinner so Im assuming its the frozen meal. Was in date and didnt taste off. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
