I was feeling fine today. I had some chicken, green beans and rice from Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken. Around 2pm I started to have some stomach cramps, and it turned into worse cramps and nausea. I tried to take a nap by 5pm I developed vomiting and diarrhea. I vomited multiple time. I felt much better after I cleared my stomach. I had no other symptoms that would indicate I was sick and it only started after I ate. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps
