Popcorn Causes Severe Reaction - AMC THEATER, Freehold New Jersey

Tuesday may 10th, She was eating popcorn there. It tasted funny. She said it started sizzling in her mouth. It smelled like chemicals.  Her mouth went tingly and numb shortly after eating the popcorn. I took her to an urgent care. The doctor said to go to the hospital if she experienced further symptoms. The next day her vision went blurry, and she fainted. The hospital said she was fine, and sent her home without doing any testing. On Thursday she started vomiting blood. We went back to the er. Since then her symptoms worsened. Currently she cannot walk, and has since started physical therapy at a rehabilitation center.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Blurry vision
