On July 16th( 4 days ago ), I ate a vegan meatball pasta at this restaurant around 11:00am and ended up vomiting 4 times that day, feeling dizzy and uncomfortable. The vegan meatballs tasted weird but I still an ate a few, right after I felt nauseous and threw up about an hour later on a train . I have not eaten anything that day before visiting restaurant nor after. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Dizziness
