Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, HeadacheSuspected source: chicken tenders , fry's and my sweet tea

Additional information: At first I started with light cramps and I didn't think nothing of it due to my cycle so then I went and got America's best wings , I got the combo 3pc chicken tender and frys , + a drink . After I ate my food I felt okay then my stomach started hurting and I didn't feel to good . Still thinking its cramps I went and sat on the toilet because it usually helps but this pain was not going away no matter what I did . I sat and sat until my throat filled up with throw up and I threw up 3 times . my puke contained the big "chicken tenders" I ate , most of the fry's and was a brown color . This may or may not be food poising but regardless this has never happened before and I don't know why it happened . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
