on January 7th. I ate the vegetarian food served in business class, having stomach ache , diarrhea and nausea, fatigue after the flight., American Airlines flight It was airline food, I was perfectly fine before that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
