Flight Meal Sickness Report - American Airlines, Dublin County Dublin

I was travelling from Dublin, Ireland to Charlotte, North Carolina with American Airlines. For over 24 hours the only food that I consumed was that which was provided on my flight with American Airlines. The specific food I ate was pumpkin curry with rice (it was the only option left for lunch on flight, a warm dish), a barbecue chicken wrap with veg (this was cold dish) and a small tub of chocolate ice cream. I only drank water and 1 sprite zero so I don't think it happened from any drinks. A few hours in to the flight (after eating AA food) I started getting a terrible headache and my stomach didn't feel well. Fast forward 4.5 hours after landing (and about 7 to 8 hours after eating with AA) my headache was much worse and I started vomiting quite a bit. I spent the whole night vomiting, getting body chills with a headache and spent the entire next day (which was meant to be a family vacation at the beach) bedridden with the same symptoms. I'm certain this was caused by American Airlines food as it was the only thing I ate over a 24 hour period. Up to now I've never had a problem with airplane food, but after this experience I will NEVER eat another meal provided by American Airlines. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
