In-flight Meal Illness Report - American Airlines, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

2 years ago reported by user-njqjy914 business

American Airlines, Philadelphia to Athens

8500 Essington Avenue, Philadelphia, 19153 Pennsylvania, United States

I flew business class from Philadelphia to Athens. I was served a breakfast including grey eggs and “Canadian bacon” which looked like turkey lunchmeat. Everything on the plate tasted off. The next day I got violently ill and I spent most of my first day in Greece in the hospital. I was super dehydrated and also unable to eat or drink without vomiting. Of course there were other things I ate in the time leading up to my sickness, but the breakfast food is the only culprit that seems probable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
