On Saturday 28 while I was on my lunch break at the SFO I ate at AOURA EMPLOYEE CAFE( I made the order over the phone) . I then started to feel a bit dizzzy but proceeded on with work doing structural work at above ground level . 2-3HRS Aftee eating there food I started throwing up I threw up until it was just stomach acid and then kept throwing up in excruciating pain.. I went to the ER At general HOSPITAL in SF. I arrived around 5 didn’t get seen until later on 10-12 and stayed over night until 8Am Sunday morning. I experienced the worst of the symptoms. I missed a day of work and the manager asked me if I wanted a lunch and my money back.. something of that nature... Monday I went with my primary doctor appointment time (2:20pm) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Body Ache
