June 8, I purchased a tuna fish sandwich. (I always eat tuna). It tasted fine nothing seemed off until after I consumed the sandwich. I got a pounding headache, nausea, vomiting, and a painful itchy rash over my body. I believe it was due to Scombroid poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Skin Rash
