Paneer Meal Causes Illness - Amul Panner, Hyderabad Telangana

I ate paneer at home. I bought the 200g Amul paneer from supermarket & made paneer fried rice for dinner. I started having diahhrea at midnight & it continued till morning. Some of other symptoms are fatigue, nausea, weakness. This went on for the whole day, even If I drank water I had to use the washroom. This got better the day after | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Weakness, Fatigue
