I purchased Amy's Brocolli and Cheddar Bake as I have done many time before. Within an hour of eating it, I began having cramping and gas type paint. By the later nighttime I was running to the bathroom with severe cramping and diarrhea. This happened several times. I had to take gas relief medicine, Immodium, and Tums, and all I had in the day earlier was plan toast and coffee. I have not felt myself all day today following that episode last night.
