Undercooked Green Beans Illness - Annie's, Portland Oregon

Undercooked green beans
My wife and 11 year old son both had lightly steamed green beans for dinner. They both vomited multiple times that night. My wife spent a full 2 1/2 hours vomiting. It was horrible. We discovered that some varieties contain toxins that can cause blood clots, and must be fully cooked to be safe. This was the hard way to learn that! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
