We ate here 3/9 and I was up nauseated vomiting and with diarrhea the next morning. Now on day 3 of bad diarrhea. My husband felt sick the day after I did. We had octopus steak and eggplant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Nausea, Vomiting

Definitely go to the doctor. I had the same symptoms & had to go to hospital. On Wednesday I was back in Germany and went to the family doctor and immediately received a cortisone infusion. Today is 15/03 and I still have severe diarrhea. Go to the doctor urgently!
