Food Safety Report: Applebee's.

I'm not entirely sure if anything is seriously wrong. However, I have eaten there several times and always ordered the same exact thing: the chicken tenders basket with fries, a cherry Pepsi, and four mozzerella sticks -- the other half went to my dad, who I consistently attend there with. I've never gotten very sick, but this may just be it, as I haven't displayed any other symptoms yet but I'm getting almost burning stool between types 5 and 6 on the Bristol scale and it's definitely not pretty, nose or sight wise. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
