Severe Headache, Chills After Meal - Applebee's, Sevierville Tennessee

My girls and I ate the Applebee's on collier drive in Sevierville TN we had the motzarealla appetizer's as well and boneless wings and a platter of nachos.
My girlfriend got a severe headache and chills directly after eating and the headache and chills got more severe as the night progressed.
I however I didn't have a headache right after but several hours later I had one of the worst headaches of my life. I was very sick to my stomach and vomited and am now having diarrhea and I have little to no energy.

I've never gotten this this in my life but it happened. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
