Chicken Meal Illness Outbreak - Applebee's, Corunna Michigan

I ate there wed. Night amount 6:30pm. I had a Mexican chicken meal. Side salad and water. My friend had to send her water back because of stuff floating in glass and what looked liked lipstick on edge of glass. Salad were so wilty and brown we wanted to send back but felt bad complaining again so we didn't. By Friday morning at 4am I had stomach pain but did not get diarrhea till 11am. Thought it was the flu but then heard of 9 others that ate their the same day and all were sick on friday!? The only food we all had in common was the chicken. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
