Pre-cooked chicken, Yeaterday I had pre-cooked chicken and the following morning I had very bad stomach pains and I puked the chicken up and afterwards I noticed that I was still having stomach pains and started having diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

cramps I have ever had along with the chills, headache and vomiting. I spent most of the night on the sofa covered with several blankets to keep warm, but everytime I would attempt to stand up I would start vomiting not once but up to 8 -10 times one right after the other. I eventually went to bed around 9:15 pm where I tried to sleep with electric blanket on high. The walk from the sofa to bedroom brought on another batch of vomitings, which came and went throughout the night. By mid day on Friday March 11, 2016 vomiting had stopped but still very queasy to stomach unable to eat, and dirrahea started, and continued thru Saturday. I can actually say both vomiting and dirrahea have stopped as of Sunday March 13, 2016 but I am still dealing with a very queasy stomach and unable to eat much. I have contacted my physician Wendy King, M.D. due to the fact that I am diabetic and she ordered bloodwork which I completed today to make sure I am not dehydrating since I lost 10lbs in 3 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills

wanted to send back but felt bad complaining again so we didn't. By Friday morning at 4am I had stomach pain but did not get diarrhea till 11am. Thought it was the flu but then heard of 9 others that ate their the same day and all were sick on friday!?
