I ordered water with my meal I took 3 big gulps of water and notice it taste foul I informed my waitress something is wrong with the water it was nasty she responded I know as she rolled her eyes she said our water was just fixed and this how it smells and tastes (like bad eggs) any way she goes on to say we were offering bottle water but we just ran out she continued to tell us that the water people will be back Monday to fix the water again I’m now concerned what did I consume when I took those 3 big gulps of water before I stopped drinking breathed and smelled and taste what was going on I’m my mouth here it is the next day I’m very nauseous and weak and my stomach is cramping on and off | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Weakness

That sounds like Mexicali Mexico water. Same thing always happened when we were there so you aren't imagining anything.
