Boneless wings or crispy chicken salad Got sick about 6-7 hours of eating my food. Extreme nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, chills, started lastnight at 11pm, and still continuing. Noone else got sick or ate the same thing as me. Actually my husband had boneless wings also but his own order so I'm assuming it was my salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
