I went to Applebees and got the chicken wonton tacos off the appetizer menu and fries and a glass of water. I left the establishment around 10:30-11 pm. Around 6-6:30 I woke up with an upset stomach. I was vomiting and having diarrhea simultaneously for over an hour. Laid down for 5 or ten minutes and was back up. It has now been almost 8 hours and it’s continuous. I will never be going back to this restaurant. I’m so terribly sick I know I have food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

I went to Applebees in Escondido CA last night. Woke up at 3:45 AM feeling nauseous. Vomited and diarrhea. Felt better after that though.
