Undercooked Burger, Poor Service - Applebee's, Walnut California

Was served the double patty cheese burger, one patty was cooked the 2nd was raw and cold in the center. I separated the patty from the meal and butterflied it open for the manager to see. I brought the manager over to see this patty, there were other issues there but raw patties shouldn't be one. He comped our entire meal, and we left feeling uncomfortable that we had a bad experience at one of our favorite staple restaurants in our neighborhood. Approximately 4-5 hours later I am feeling gassy with hot garbage farts, and diarrhea with a headache to boot. We will be looking for a new staple restaurant as the servers there don't care, we were sat before 3 other groups yet served last. We watched a server spill drinks and just leave the mess all over the table next to us and walk away, when we left that mess was still there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Gas
