4 hours after my medium roast beef sandwich from Arby's, I started to feel queasy. I laid down but the nausea became to much to handle so I ran to the bathroom and had projectile vomit and diarrhea. It's now 4am and this all started at 8pm. I've been out of bed every 15 min to either throw up or have very watery diarrhea. The chunks of sandwich that are expelled are mostly gelatin which is disgusting. Never eating at Arby's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
