This is the second time I've been sick from eating Arby's. I had a grand turkey club around 7:00pm. Woke up with a bad headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Feel like death warmed over. I had to take a sick day and I never do that. Won't ever eat Arby's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
