Chicken Sandwich Illness Suspected - Arby's, Ellensburg Washington

Had the chicken ranch sandwich with curly fries as a dinner break while on the road. Didn’t eat anything else the rest of the afternoon. Woke up at 3 am with severe abdominal cramping and followed by vomiting/diarrhea. First day was bad. Day 2-4 go gradually better with similar events but less often. Today I thought it was gone
But cramping continues. I’m fairly certain it is Salmonella and will be seeing a doctor . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
