My husband and son ate lunch at Arby's on the way back to college after Church this Sunday 4/23/17. My husband began to get a severe headache, I figured, from the stress of driving my son back to college twice within a two week period- stress. However, after dinner Monday evening,he began diarrhea runs to the bathroom every 20 - 30 minutes (not my cooking), and by 9 p.m. he was violently vomiting. Then, my son texted me before bed, saying he had picked up a flu, Diarrehea to the point of dehydration, and vomiting everything even water. Both men say they may have had a slight fever. I did not check yet. My husband could not go into work today, and my son texted he did not go to classes. At first we thought Tom- husband picked up a virus from the pig sty dorm room they live in. But I am suspecting food poisoning. I don't think we need a doctor at this point. Not done investigating. But someone needs to check out the restaurant, and I am not sure where to go with that info yet.
I wonder how many food poisonings go on that are not followed up with. Especially, if you don't think a doctor can help? - unless symptoms persist of course. Have not decided to see doctor yet. I am not ruling that out. My son is two hours away, and I am going to suggest he see one. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache

It was not the food. My husband was better by Tuesday evening. Then Wednesday evening after we had eaten cheesecake with dinner, coming home from Church meeting, I thought "indigestion!" shouldn't have done that. Plus chives on my salad... But it bloomed like a spring flower, to stomach aches, bloated, nausea, vomiting. So it was some kind of bug virus. My son said another friend at college has the same thing. It is a sneaky bug, because people carry it around with no symptoms. And it starts out like indigestion, goes through digestive tract, leaving one incapacitated for a day, and shaky on the recovery end for a day. I am hoping my younger son doesn't get it, because he will show no signs for a day or so, and we have come in contact with many people. I have notified as many as possible.
