I had a Chicken Cobb Salad, and 6 hours later developed severe stomach pains, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The first few times I vomited it was undigested Chicken Cobb Salad. Ate 2 salmon rolls at 7pm. By 2am, I was violently vomiting, which continued, every half to one hour, until 1 pm when a doctor gave me Zofran. Lab work from the doctor showed it was most likely food poisoning , as liver and kidneys were affected slightly.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
