Beef 'n Cheddar Illness - Arby's, Idaho Falls Idaho

I had a Classic Beef 'n Cheddar (no red ranch), and Mozzarella Sticks on 3/10/2021. About 2 hours later the symptoms started. I was so sick I didn't sleep for the next 18 hours, only then and after 3 doses of Pepto was I finally able to fall asleep for a few hours laying propped up. Even now 50+ latter I am only able to stomach bland foods in small meals. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
