Additional information: I suspect what I'm infected with maybe viral gastroenteritis since the symptoms sound familiar to what I'm feeling but I'm not quite sure so I'm just hoping it is nothing too severe. I defiantly felt sick a couple hours after eating and now I have chills, muscle weakness, nausea, abdominal cramping, fatigue, stomach aches, and yellow diarrhea with white mucus. I've also been struggling with trying to keep food down without the urge to vomit. I'm currently keeping myself hydrated with water or Gatorade in order to fight against the loss of electrolytes and dehydration but fingers crossed this doesn't get any worse or else I'll have no choice other than to visit a doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Weakness, Fatigue, Muscle Pain, Mucus in Stools
